Compliance & About

Built for the compliance conversation, not around it.

Everything your compliance team will ask for, presented before they ask. A real US entity, a verifiable address, and an operator who has spent a career on the interconnect side of this industry.

Who we are

TeleArc was founded by a telecom engineer with more than fifteen years in the interconnect business — building, testing, and troubleshooting carrier interconnects from the network side, not the sales side.

Our mission is simple: reliable, lawful transit to underserved international destinations. The markets big carriers deprioritize are where quality matters most, and serving them properly takes focus, engineering discipline, and a clean compliance posture.

When you interconnect with TeleArc, the person answering your technical questions is the person who runs the network.

Our posture

Routing to sensitive destinations is a responsibility. We treat compliance as an engineering requirement — designed in, not bolted on.

01 / VERIFICATION

Mutual KYC

Every interconnect begins with a two-way exchange: we verify who we carry for, and you verify us. No anonymous traffic, in either direction.

02 / SCREENING

Lawful routing

Traffic is screened and routed in full compliance with applicable US regulations. Sensitive destinations are served lawfully — or not at all.

03 / RECORDS

Reconciliation-ready

Honest route disclosure and billing your team can reconcile without a fight. Disputes are resolved with records, not negotiation leverage.

The verification pack

Every prospective partner receives our standard verification pack at the start of onboarding. It includes:

Talk to the engineer.

Send your company details and target destinations. We respond with our verification pack and a technical onboarding call.
